Check in and check out times

The check in time is from 15:00 hours of the day you start your stay with us, and the check out time is until 12:00 hours of the day your stay ends.

A late check-in service is available on request in the following time slots:

• From 22.00h to 00:00 hours with a supplement of 25 €.
• From 00.01 to 02:00 hours with a supplement of 35 €.
• From 02:01 hours with a supplement of 50 €.

Can I cancel my booking?

It depends on the offer you have chosen:

NO REFUNDABLE: The reservation cannot be cancelled and the total amount must be paid. If you cancel, modify or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay. The total amount of the reservation can be charged at any time after making the reservation. The payment is NOT REFUNDABLE.

STANDARD PRICES: If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.

Do you have extra beds?

No, we are sorry, we do not have extra beds.

Do you have shared areas?

Yes, we have two wonderful common areas. On the ground floor we have a cosy open air interior patio, elegantly decorated, and on the roof terrace there is a delicious chill out terrace equipped with the ideal furniture to relax and enjoy its spectacular views of Malaga.

How to get to Avenue Rooms

Located in the centre of Malaga, but comfortably away from the hustle and bustle of the leisure areas, the deluxe Avenue Rooms apartments are ideal for comfortably experiencing all the attractions of the most cosmopolitan and international Malaga.

Due to their central location, Avenue Rooms are perfect for walking into the centre of Malaga. Larios Street, the main artery of the city, the Alameda Principal and the exuberant Malaga Park, place of the head stops of public bus lines, are five minutes walk from Avenue Rooms. Also, a five-minute walk away is the Cercanías train station which connects with Malaga International Airport and the Costa del Sol. The Malaga AVE station “María Zambrano” is also very close to Avenue Rooms and can be reached comfortably and quickly by public bus from the nearby Alameda Principal.

Do you have a cot?

Yes, a cot is available free of charge on request.

What is the maximum age for a guest to be considered non-adult?

From the age of 14, a guest is counted as an adult.

Do you have wifi?

Yes, we have free wifi throughout the building.
